Should I Consult A Doctor Immediately As My Son Is Having Dark Red And White Spots In His Mouth?
My 4 old son has some dark red spots in his mouth and white as well. It kind of looks like raw bacon. It is not towards his throat, although his throat is red also. He's been sick with a cold and has had a bad cough. He says it doesn't hurt but I'm concerned that this may be something serious. What are the possible possibilities for him having this and should I be alarmed and take him the doctor ASAP?
Hi. Since the child is only 4 years old , it is difficult to get the proper history. Dark red and white spots in mouth can if tiny- can be due to viral fever itself. Cold and cough itself needs medical attention as for the spots. Take him to the Doctor.
