Should I Continue Progesterone Suppositories Until My Next IM Dose?

I have cervical incompetence. Now on my 26th week. Started IM progesterone weekly today. MY OB said that I should continue with my progesterone suppositories until my next IM dose. Is this correct? I thought meds given intramuscularly have a quick onset.

yes you should do that but you must be warned when to take it sometimes it will be not good because you should rest before do that
