i am 52 years old and have been using purbloka for about a year my blood pressure has been within the normal range for quite some time do i need to continue with this medication indefinitely i would also like to start exercising would this be a problem
Pur-Bloka (propranolol ) is a non-selective beta-blocker/6535?iL=true" >beta blocker used in the treatment of hypertension. It is no longer the drug of choice for treating hypertension. You need to switch over to newer generation beta-blocker like metoprolol (Cardioselective ) sustained release formulation.Cardio-selective β-blockers like metoprolol & bisoprolol are preferred.
