Should I Continue With Gemcal For Leg Pain?

hi my daughter is 17 yrs old; wgt 65 kgs and height 5 8 ...she has knock knees since childhood and complains of leg pain off and on...i started giving her gemcal since 10 days and now she is feeling better...should i continue coz i hv not consulted any doc but since thought she is hving lack of calcium i strated with this and fish oil 1000mg tab everyday

Hi,

Take calcium 500mg once daily for 1 week. Do the physiotherapy, quadriceps strengthening exercises. Walking for 30 mins per day. Drink milk every day.
