Should I Go To ER As I Am Having A Lump On My Forehead?

My 3 year old daughter has a huge lump on her forehead on the right side where her forehead meets the hairline. She didnt bump her head and it just showed up today. She has been sick with a cold and cough for 7 days now and im going to take her to the doctor tomorrow but was wondering if i need to go to the er now?
