Should I Go To Amusement Park As I Have A Small Hole In Eardrum?
I think I may have a small hole in my eardrum (it makes this flapping noise when I blow my nose or yawn but there s only a small sudden pain with this and then it goes away, there s no hearing loss or dizziness or anything like that). But my family is supposed to go to an amusement park tomorrow. Would it still be alright to go on thrill rides and roller coasters with my ear this way?
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. Noted your history of most probable perforation of the tympanic membrane. as this is making flapping noise on blowing the nose. There is also small sudden pain. Now that you family is supposed to go to amusement park, you can certainly enjoy the thrill rides and roller coasters, Only you can not enjoy anything in water. You have to avoid it. You can put in a ear plug.
