Hi, I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Answer: In my opinion you should go to see a doctor as early as possible. I do not want to unduly alarm your but as a rule of medical practice, a patient in your condition must be seen by a doctor. The stiff neck and being knocked out would necessitate examination and maybe imaging investigation. Your eyes and nose are swollen, which is another reason for you to see a doctor.

Hope this helps and please do not hesitate to contact me for any further clarification.
