Should I Keep My Son Home From School Until Fever Is Completely Gone?
My 9 year old had a high fever Monday, 103.7. Dr ruled out streph, thinks is a virus. Fever was gone in am so went to school. Tonight fever spiked again 102.5 has chills, achy. Took hot bath and some motrin. Should we keep him home from school until fever is completely gone?

As there is recurrence of fever, it requires some investigations like complete blood checking and urine test.
After reports consult your doctor and get examined.
Give him enough water and light diet.
Do not send him school till he becomes alright.
