Should I Meet A Doctor After 2 Year Old Getting Bitten By A Spider?

My 2 year old grandson got bite by a spider , im in AZ. its been over 12 hours but the bite is red an ozing clear liquid, no other symtoms are present. my daughter is so scared it was a brown recluse spider ( tv hype i think is scaring her) what shold We look for to know if he needs a dr or not?

Spider bite causes severe pain at the site of bite and can cause cardiac myopathy in some patients ad already twelve hours are over without any symptom only pain will be needed to be treated
