Should I Meet Doctor Again For Recurring UTI?

Hello, I am 18 years old and I have had UTI before, and I am sure that it is coming back again (pain when peeing and a little red when I wipe). I have taken medicine for it before. Do I have to go to a doctor again for this or can I just get over the counter medication ?

Hello, yes it is probable you again have urinary tract infection. But just pain while passing urine is not sufficient to diagnose UTI.
there is fever also along with it.
I would suggest you to got to a doctor and get urine tested and then start antibiotic accordingly as antibiotic changes according to the causative organism.
So advisable to consult a doctor against taking over counter medications.
thank you
