Hello,

Since you have been experienced absent and irregular menstrual cycles with prolonged bleeding, it is best to get a pelvic Ultrasound done along with urine/blood HCG test, FSH/LH levels, estrogen and progesterone levels, thyroid hormone levels.

You can follow up with your physician for necessary work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
