Should I Meet Doctor For Vomiting Of A 6 Year Old After Getting Punched On Stomach?

hi, my 6 year old nephew got punched hard in his stomach and now is consistently vomiting. This happened a few hours ago. He was taken to the doctor and was given a medication for the nausea but he still feels sick. He has a US scheduled for tomorrow. Should we just take him to the ER tonight?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Vomiting can be relieved by giving some antiemetic drug like domstal.
But if there is any injury to the viscera or concealed hemorrhage it is really serious.
Better take him to ER as soon as possible.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
