Semen still unliquified after 180 minutes

I'm 30 years old with varicocele on my left testicle should i do the surgery?

I really appreciate your concern if you have a varicocele and your does not have marked abnormality then you can think about the surgery later as seen in your case, here your case can be consider subfertility category, non surgical method are also available and for that you need to discus with the urosurgeon, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
