Should I Remove Implanon Due To Numbness In Arm?

I recently got the implanon in my left arm about three months ago, kind of embarrassing but a month ago when my boyfriend and I had sex his elbow jabbed against my arm (clumsy) where the implanon was inserted. I ve noticed that it has moved down close by my elbow and my arm becomes very numb from time to time. Should I go see my primary care physician to have it removed?
