Should I See A Physio Or Chiropractor For The Dip In Lower Back?
I have been told that i have a dip in my lower back ........i need to position my pelvic bone forward ......when i try and do some exercise like cardio my lower back will start to hurt within about 15 to 20 mins in. Is it better to go and see a Physio or a Chiropractor
It looks like you are having strain in back muscles, may be weakness. I would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get X ray. If X ray shows exaggerated lumbar lordosis than you need to start physiotherapy or back muscle strengthening exercises. Also you can apply diclofenec ointment on back. If you would be my patient i would prescribe you muscle relaxant like myoril.
