Should I Take My 17 Month Old To Doctor As Hit His Head And Falle, Sick In Morning?

My 17 month old fell and hit his head yesterday i have checked for lumps but there doesnt seem to be any, he hit it quite hard as i was upstairs and heard the thud. He has started being sick this morning and i am worried should i take him to the doctor?

Hello. Thank you for your question. Most hits to the head in this age group, even hard ones, turn out to be nothing. However, any child that becomes sick in within the first 24 hours of the hit, must be checked out. I recommend a visit to the doctor today.
