Should I Take Pause 500 Mg For Controlling Heavy Bleeding?

I am 28 yrs. old. I have Poly Cystic Ovaries at stage-11. At present I am suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding for 4 days. My Dr. has suggested me to take Pause 500mg thrice a day . Should I take this medicine? Are there any side effects of this medicine? Please help me.
