Should Microlite Pills Be Taken Even After Periods Arrive?

i ve been on microlite (the pill) for a good year and a bit and today is my last day to take it so if i take it tonight i will have take it 21 times and i normally get my period about friday but for some reason i got my period last night, do you think i should take my pill now or leave it as my period has already started?

I am so sorry to hear about this sudden onset of menses.

I will suggest that you take the pills as recommended. Remember the first pill has to be taken on the first day of menses. If your menses start earlier and confirmed to be so, I will suggest that you start a new pack so that the first pill coincides with the first day of menses for convenience.
