Should My Wife See A Thoracic Surgeon For A Fluid Signal Mass At The T10-T11 Level Causing Pain?

My wife has a fluid signal mass in the left paraspinous soft tissue at the T10 and T11 level. This mass may reflect a lymphangioma or lymphocele. It has been causing her pain on and off for over a year now and has slowly been getting more repetitive. Not sure what type of doctor to see. Her spinal doctor suggested maybe a thoracic surgeon because of its location. Her primary has been little to no help! We need direction!
