Should One Complete The Full Drug Regimen To Ensure The Abortion Is Complete?

hi i have taken one tablet on 13 mar morning & 2 tablets orally on 15 mar morning, as per the chemist i have to keep two more tablets tonight in my vargina. but before i have started bleeding on the same day15 mar, 11 am. so shall i complete the course or not.

1) First of all do not panic.
2) I will suggest you to complete the full dose of medicines as suggested by your health care provider. Start of bleeding does nor indicate completion of procedure.
3) I usually advise my patients the following dose as suggested by WHO-
Tablet Mifepristone 200 mg followed by tablet Misoprostol 800 mg orally or per vaginally or per rectally after 48 hours, under medical supervision only.
A 5 day course of a broad spectrum antibiotic is advisable.
This helps complete abortion to take place in most of the cases.
