Should Repetitive Urinary Tract Infection Be Treated With Antibiotics?

Hi, I´ve been repeatedly treated with antibiotics for urinary tract infection (twice in three months). Now the results have shown that I suffer from the same infection again ( 10^4 e.coli/ml) ... Do I need to take antibiotics again and should I contact immunologist as well? Thank you

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have urinary tract infection. You should take antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin according to your culture report.
Recurrent urinary tract infection is common in diabetes. You should check your blood sugar level. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
