Hi,

Melmet contains metformin while Glador contains Glimepiride, both of the drugs are used to control diabetes mellitus. None of these is used for a stomach infection. I would advise you to meet your doctor to make your prescriptions more clear to you and whether you are taking proper medications or otherwise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
