Should The ER Be Visited For A Painful Lump Next To The Vagina?
My wife has a limp note next to her vagina that is the size of a egg and a golf ball put together it’s actually visibly able to see it’s causing her much pain should she go to the emergency room or is it something that can wait till Monday to see her primary doctor

The lump adjacent to the vagina is most likely a Bartholin's gland abscess or cyst. Other causes are swollen lymph node, lipoma. If the pain is severe, then it is better to go to the ER for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
