Should The ER Be Visited For Excessive Sweating And Dizziness?

Hi my husband thinks he may have been experiencing a heat stroke at work around 1:00. He left early and came home and his tempature is now 99.8 at 5:28. He said he was sweating profusely then stopped sweating, he was dizzy and mind was slow, nausea no vomiting and headache. He says he is fine but Ilaying in bed, should I make him go to hospital to be seen?

Sweating and giddiness may possible with BPPV or hypotension or hypocalcemia or anemia etc. Also check for cardiac or CNS problem by get it done echo cardiography and CT scan brain. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
