Should The ER Be Visited For Frequent Bowel Movement Along With Mucus In Stool?
For three months everything goes right through him. A Local Dr has got an appointment for this coming Monday. He says a lot of the time is stool is just mucus. I’m just wondering if I need to just take him on to the ER cause he’s been really weak today and he’s feet has a tingling sometimes now
* Weakness with tingling suggest developing signs of dehydration with possible electrolyte imbalance.
* Immediately consult at ER for assistance with intravenous fluids, antibiotics and other supportive care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
