Should The ER Be Visited For Pain In The Chest?

I have been having chest pains on and off all day for about 2-3 days should I go to the doctor? The feeling ranges from mild discomfort to aching pains at worse being a 7/8 . Also I’m not sure if it’s related but it started as a stomach ache 3 days ago , also I had a brown discharge but i ended my period a little over a week ago

: Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please meet your physician, visit the ER if you feel heaviness in the chest, sudden onset of dizziness and syncopal attack or high grade fever. You need a evaluation of the heart and the upper go system with endoscopy before anything else to be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
