Should The ER Be Visited For Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

Hi, I am a 49 yr old female. I a having lower abdomen pain on the left side for 2 days now. I had a hysterectomy 5/12. The Dr. left one ovary. The pain is more if I stand up to walk around. Also, it gets intense at times and I feel like I need to vomit. it is also sensitive to the touch in a specific area and radiates thru my abdomen. My lower back is also hurting. also I look pregnant from the bloating. now indigestion and gas and I am also very tired but i think that is from restless night. I am not one to run to the Dr. but starting to wonder if I should?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lower abdominal pain accompanied with nausea can be because of appendicitis or kidney stones. I would suggest you to go for an ultrasound of abdomen+pelvis and see a doctor immediately.

I hope my answer was helpful.
