Should The Ovary Be Removed For The Cystic Mass And Having Chrons Disease?

I have a complex cystic mass in the rt adnexa measure 4.5x5.6x6.3 I have chrons disease so my abdomen is always sore but it has been very sore lately what should I do? I have had a history of them and sx once already to remove the cyst, Now I am thinking I should remove the ovary? thank you ferg

Any complex mass more than 5 cm in size in the ovary needs to be removed surgically as it can be a tumor.
