Should The Antimalarial Medications Be Taken In View Of Allergic Reactions?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my doc thinks i may be allergic to Venlafaxine xr, 75 mg. My reaction flared while in Punta Cana a couple of weeks ago. I'm still having a reaction but I'm due to take my antimalaria pills. Should I still take them even though we're not sure what I'm allergic to?

Well come to HCM
If you are allergic to certain drug then it is not mean that you are allergic to all the drug, more over it is kind of group of drugs, like if you are sensitive to one particular group of drug then you would be sensitive to all the drugs that belongs to that group and this called "Fix drug Reaction" hope this information help, have nice drug (In multidrug reaction you may be sensitive to antimalarial drug )
