Should The Back Up Pills Have To Be Taken If The Inactive Pills Are Missed?

While on Loestrin24Fe...do we have to use a backup method of birth control after the 4 inactive iron pills are taken? I know a backup method should be used for 7 days if a pill is missed...but what about for after the days where we just don't have to take the pill?
