Should The Dentures Not To Be Removed For Cleaning Sore Spots On The Gums?
i just had all upper teeth extracted five days ago and dentist put in immediate dentures. he sealed them in and told me to come back in one week. I am not to remove them. I have sore spots on my gums and palatte. should they stay in that long before they are removed to clean?

Hello, Thanks for your query. You can treat gum sores from dentures by first taking them off so that the gums can relax and then clean them well. Rinse your mouth with warm salty water. It is also important to note that you should not wear them for a long period of time to avoid them from hurting your gums.
