Should The Swollen Glands In The Neck Be Treated?

Hello Doctor. I am a 49 year old male. I have always stayed fit through exercise. Running, weights, cycling. Over the last 3 years, I have found that the day after I exercise, i get swollen glands in my neck, almost like the start of a virus. If I wait for a few days, they return to normal. As soon as I exercise again, they swell. If I exercise with swollen glands, i get fatigue symptoms. i have blood tests through my GP and there is nothing. She said that I have had Epstein Barr Virus in the past, but no other issues. I have exercise induced asthma and use flixotide. i also have rhinitis and use beconase. otherwise I am healthy. I also went to a cardiologist and got checked out and he said i had no issues with my heart. He suggested i look at my allergies. can you help?
