Should There Be Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hiee doctor My last period date was March 1st 2014. But is doesn t happen this time. i have not gone to the doctor tiil now. i just want to ask that is vomiting compulsory during pregnancy since i have not felt like vomit till now... but i use to feel very tired & sick these days. Please reply since its my first time and i am very nervous

dear if u have missed periods then u should go for home pregnancy test.that will clear ur all doubt. as vomiting is not 100% compulsory but in 85 % ladies it is common.
