I gave Taxim o syrup to my child (2 years 12 kgs) sufferring from fever as well as loose motion, but by mistake the dosage was less.it was supposed to be 100 mg (3.5 ml Twice a day) but we gave 50 mg(3.5 ml twice a day) for 3 days. Now after realizing this i have started giving him 100 mg today. Please suggest if there is any thing worry on this.

ur q is wrong.
u hav given 3.5 ml bid...which is not equal to 50 mg...as syrup contains 50 mg/5ml...so right dose will b 10ml daily single dose or divided in 2 doses.
more over it is not indicated for any fever/with diarrhea.treatment should depend on duration/diagnosis of fever
