Side Effects Of Taking Primolut-n And Crocin During Pregnancy

sir i had my last periods on 16 th of april and i did not know that i am going to get pregnant , i went to palani by walking for 4 days ie 110 kms. due to very tiredness i had crocn pain releif tablet 1 in mor annd 1 in night and i had some simptoms of geting periods so i had taken premoult-N and now ie on 19 th of may i had little doubt and checked weather i am pregnant but it comes as positive . i am in a confused state weather to have this baby or not since i had many tablets for pain relief and premoult-N. please sugest me what to do in this regard
