Skin On Hands White And Bumpy. Looks Like Blisters With No Fluid. What Are They?

Hi!
While i was taking a shower i realized that the skin on the palms of my hands became white and bumpy. It feels sort numb and thankfully once i dried off they started slowly fading. It isn't itchy at all and is mainly in the center of my palms and scattered slightly outside the center. the look sort of like blisters but with no fluid inside. if you could give me an idea as to what i may have please let me know. thanks!!!

HI
Thank for askng to HCM
If this is the first time happened to you the I would suggest to wait and watch strategy, such lesion appears due to some hypersensitivity reactions of unknown origin or could be due to some uneven compression as the skin of palm is little bit tender so such lesion is more likely, if it does not go away then you can use second generation antihistamine "Levocetirizine"would be the choice take this three times in day will come around have nice day.
