Skin On Penis Wrinkly, No Irritation Or Itching. What Is Wrong?
Hi in 20 years old and sexually active. The skin on my penis has recently gone wrinkly, however this is only visible when it placid. When my penis is erect it looks normal, it functions normally and there is no irritation or itchiness. What could this be and what are the necessary precautions to take in dealing with such issues.
Thank you for sharing your question on this forum. I understand your concern. It is normal with increasing age for penile skin to get wrinkly. With multiple erections during your youth, your skin slowly stretches. So when it becomes flaccid it get wrinkled. Most of the adults have wrinkled penile skins. Since you can achieve erection normally and you dont have any irritation or itchiness. So there is nothing to worry about. It is a normal phenomenon.
However, if your skin undergoes sudden changes in color or gets red and oozy, or you feel burning while urinating, you should immediately consult a doctor in person who will examine you, order tests and prescribe appropriate treatment.
