Skin Tag On The Penis. Dark Purple Circle Found, Hurts When Touched. How To Diagnose The Symptoms?
My husband recently found what looks like a skin tag on the shaft of his penis. It didn't hurt so we thought nothing of it. Today, we found a dark purple circle with a lighter colored center. He says it hurts a little when it's touched. He works security at a hospital. Could it be a bruise or is it something that should get looked at.

There is possibility of genital wart looks like skin tag.
If he had applied anything (some irritant applications) over the lesion he might have such lesions like purple color circle and lighter color center.
Another possibility of purple color circle is a fixed drug rash following an exposure to some drugs given for other ailments.
Consult a physician, he will guide you better and cure the problem.
