Skin Tags Protruding From Anus, Diarrhea, No Pain. Treatment?

I just noticed a two small pieces of what looks like skin coming from my anus . It cannot be pimples because they do not hurt and feel as soft as skin. It is peaking out from inside my anus which i can see clearly when I spread my cheeks. This just appeared, after a few days of having diarrhea . These bumps do not hurt. Please tell me what this is.

it can be skin tag or wart or haemorrhoids. u can take surgeon`s opinion also.
