HI
If you are hypertensive patient, then you should be very much regular in your treatment, never ever adjust the dose of your anti-hypertensive drug, your treating physician can only do it, you need total evaluation right from beginning so consult your physician as early as possible, this could be anxiety but it is, very early to say about it, please be in touch with HCM, take good care of your self.
