Slight Pain And Blue Vein Getting More Visible On Right Side Of Penis. Should I Meet Doctor?

Hi! 1 week ago i started to notice a blue vein getting more and more visible on my right side of the penis, then a vein on the left side started to seem more noticeable but not as much as on the right side. The first two days i felt a slight pain but it didnt hurt very much at all. My question to you is what this can be and if i need to go to a doctor about it ?

Appearance of purplish vains are a sign of strength. You know that penis need plenty of blood to get erected and to keep it erected. Vains are sign of strength.
