Slowly Spreading Red Bumps. Suggestions?

I'm getting pretty worried right about now. I have these painless red bumps/pimples/ I'm not sure what to call them yet but I'm worried to find out what it is. I've only had sex once so the odds of it being an STD are rare. I can't really explain what they look like but they don't itch, they don't hurt there just there and not healing more like slowly spreading, any suggestions?

Hello, Another rather mild and safe remedy is aloe vera – preferably, take a bit of aloe gel fresh of an aloe vera plant, and apply it on the area affected by the red bumps. You can do this two or three times a day. Oatmeal soaked in milk for a few hours is sometimes used to get rid of rashes, but you need to be careful with this, as it can irritate the rash further – if, for instance, you have a milk allergy. Finally, you can try applying a little honey on the affected skin once a day. Leave it on your skin for fifteen minutes, and then wash it off with plain water.
Regards.
