Small Brown Itchy Spots On Breasts. No Lumps. Any Ideas?

Yes, hello ( uhg, this is gonna be embarrassing --'). A few weeks ago, i've realized there were these small brown spots on my breast. So yeah, i've decided to take a shower to see if they'll go away...and it DID with soup! :D But not for long...took only 2 or 3 days for them to come back. So uhmm yeah, then 2 days ago, I started feeling itchy on my right side of the breast (probably a mosquito bitted me) Anyways I started to get worried and search somethings in the internet of what the problem i'm having is just some fungus or just a normal thing. Got me even more worried. Though, I will feel embarrassed, if I ever tell THIS to my mom.

And that's it for my story. yeah,^^' my predictions would be dry skin, fungy, cancer(god, I hope not) :[, allergy, and that's all I can think of. But plz tell me an answer for why I have these small brown spots on my breast. If your wondering, no, I don't have any lumps on my breast. :/

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Thanks for using HCM.

Q. why I have these small brown spots on my breast.Whether it is dry skin, fungy, cancer, allergy?

With the history and presentation I hope it cant be fungus or cancer or allergy. May be dry skin. if it goes with washing may be some coloring agents. Since its only on your breast may be stretch marks or due to some glands. If there is any change in colour, itching, swelling, redness then show to your dermatologist just for safety purpose.
Hope i answered your question. Wish you good health.

It would be bet to see your Primary Care Physician/GP who can examine you and rule out fungal infections/acne/allergic dermatitis and solar dermatitis. You need to avoid the sun,and stop any new medication/cosmetic/detergent you my have started recently.
