Small Bump To The Left Of Clitoris Under The Skin, Burning While Urinating, Milky And Watery Discharge. Sexually Active. Advice

hi doctor,
I have a small bump to the left of my clitoris. it's under the skin completely, although it still feels attached to it. it's very uncomfortable and when I touch it it feels like I just stuck a needle hard into my skin. there is no discoloration, and Im pretty sure it isnt an ingrown hair because it doesnt feel at all topical. I dont know if this is helpful, but recently it has burned a bit when Ive peed, but Im extremely prone to UTI's. and today I had a ridiculous amount of milky-colored, stretchy, watery discharge (enough that I was afraid it looked like I wet my pants)(but Im close to ovulating). other than that, my body is normal. Im 16 and sexually active, but more careful then you would believe and Ive only been with one timid (virgin) guy. Im afraid of it being a cyst or a boil because I dont have the means to go to a doctor (our religion is against it (well, my parents' is)) and the thought of lancing makes me want to die. please help me?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

I can understand your situation and totally respect your religious point of view. But you need to understand that there are various conditions that present in a similar manner, and also that every boil/lump/bump around the genital region has to be investigated as the first thing that should come to a doctors mind is a possible STD.

So in my opinion, if you are not comfortable visiting a doctor or cannot due to your personal reasons, then I would like to suggest you to try our premium service which provides the opportunity to upload pictures. If you are comfortable then please do take a few images of the region, upload them and write back to me or a female doctor if you prefer one. I would be more than happy to help.

For now, apply hot compresses to the region several times a day and take immersed baths with epsom salt in it for at least 15 mins each time, 2-3 times a day.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
