Small Child, Green Watery Loose Stools, Fever, Cough. Prescribed Andial, Motinorm. Cure?

Hello Doctor, Please do needful.Our 3 month old is suffering from green color watery loose motion without foul smell, sometime does vomit , has fever and caugh. We shown him to doctor. He adviced reduce breastfeeding and give Zerolac milk powder. Also prescribed following medcines Walamycin suspension, Aminal, Carmicide, Andial, Flora-l, Asthakind-p, Motinorm. After giving medicine, for sometime it gives relief but again after sometime later same problem comes back. Earlier he used to cry rarely however due this problem he cries for an hour.
