Small Child, Growth On Shoulder Below Collar Bone, Pain On Pressing. Serious Symptoms?

I noticed a thimb sized growth on my 1 and half yr old son s shoulder right below the collar bone on the back side. At first l thought it was a disclocation, and then thought it could be an injury he sustained whilst playing. It is a bit fluffy but hard. If you press it a little he feels some pain. Please help me on the way forward and also what could this be? Would this be a major health problem?

Without examine to child its difficult to say that , whether it is major or minor injury.
I hope so, it should be minor,

I would advice:

It needed proper diagnosis with investigation.
X-Ray- Right shoulder with clavicle.
Restriction to movement of right shoulder. Because condition might be worsen.
Don't massage or apply any ointment.
For temporary you can give Analgesic/Painkiller.
You should get her evaluated once for her complaint to get her examined physically by a pediatrician.
