Small Child, Head Injury Due To Fall, Hard Lump On Head. CT Scan Normal. Treatment?

On this past tues I was awaken to find my 6 month old had fallen out of bed and was on the floor sleeping. I took him to emergency and they performed a CT scan which came back normal. Now 6 days later is there anything I should be worried about? Would that be considered a concussion even if the Drs at the emergency never diagnosed it? He has a hard lump now on the upper side of his head and that s it.

Hello,,,

I would like to inform you 90% of head injuries are just cerebral concussion,

CT scan head is indicated if:
1.The child has a progressive deterioration in the level of sensorium.
2.The child is absolutely unconscious.
3.The child has repeated convulsions.
4.the child has depressed fracture of skull.

And i don't think so she having such problem , so no need to worry.

Thanks
"I wish your child good health"
