Small Child, Vomiting At Night, Diarrhoea With Smell Of Hydrogen Sulphide. Treatment Options?
4 year old daughter with nightly vomiting (toward morning) and intermittent diarrhea- this has lasted 9 days with vomiting 7 out of those nights. First symptoms typical GI bug. No fever , seems to feel fine during the day. No C/O abdominal discomfort, almost normal energy. Diarrhea this AM smelled strongly of hydrogen sulfide. Have tried a slightly modified BRAT diet , propping @ night- no change
