It is likely that you have Herpes of the genital area which is a viral infection. It is sexually transmitted but its not routinely ask in the infectious work up. Herpes present with pains or itch prior to appearance of vessicles. The vessicles typically occur in clusters and are filled with clear color fluid. Testing of Herpes is done by testing for the presence of antibodies against Herpes. There is no cure for Herpes but there are antivirals to limit the frequency and symptoms. You should see your doctor to confirm or to better evaluate the lesions. Best regards
