Small, Flesh Colored Bumps On Face, Neck, Back, Yellowish Substance Oozing When Squeezed. Remedy?

I have this small, flesh colored bumps all over my face, neck, and back. When squeezed, a white or yellowish gunk with the consistency of toothpaste comes out. In a few weeks, they just refill. They don't itch or hurt and they don't become pimples or anything. They just sit there. I think they started to appear when I (stupidly) used this aloe oil that wasn't made for face-use. I've tried plenty of things to fix it without luck and dermatologists don't give any good help.

Your history is suggestive of Acne vulgaris which is commonly called as pimples.This is because there is excess of oil or sebum production leading to blockade of the opening of glands on the surface of the skin which results in bumps due to the collection underneath.This is most commonly seen during puberty & can also be seen at any age .This can be minimized by drinking plenty of water.Washing your face frequently with plain water during the day.Differin Gel 0.1% can be applied once a day to affected areas after washing in the evening before retiring. A thin film of the gel should be applied, avoiding eyes, lips, and mucous membranes.Do not squeeze the blemishes since it heals with an ugly looking scar.Hope this will help you and I have answered your question.
